Group & Individual Travel Options

Group Travel

We are excited to craft group experiences designed specifically for New Morning Retirement Club members! These trips provide a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow members, experience unforgettable destinations, and create lifelong memories together.

How This Works:

Tailored Group Trips:
Each trip is thoughtfully crafted around a specific theme, providing a unique travel experience. From cruises, all-inclusives, to 
cultural tours, and more, these trips are designed to foster new friendships and unforgettable adventures with fellow club 
members.

When you book a group trip, you can expect the following to be included in your package:

Flights: Round-trip flights will be arranged to and from the destination, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.

Hotels/Staterooms: Comfortable, high-quality accommodations will be provided, selected to enhance your stay and provide the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of exploring or cruising.

Transportation: All necessary transportation, such as airport transfers, local transportation, and transportation for excursions, will be included. This ensures that travel between destinations and activities is smooth and hassle-free.

Excursions: Each trip will include carefully selected excursions and activities designed to enhance your experience and allow you to fully immerse yourself in the destination. From guided city tours to unique cultural experiences, these activities will offer an 
enriching and unforgettable travel experience.

Meals: In some cases, some meals could be included as part of the package. This could range from group dinners where you can 
socialize with fellow travelers to select meals at your accommodations or during excursions, providing a taste of the local cuisine.

By including flights, hotels, transportation, excursions, and meals (when applicable), we ensure that every detail is taken care of, 
allowing you to relax and enjoy your trip with fellow club members. Each package is designed to offer an all-inclusive experience that balances exploration and relaxation, giving you the opportunity to focus on making memories without worrying about the logistics.

Trip Frequency & Group Size:
Group trips will be scheduled every 6-8 weeks, based on the level of interest and demand from our members. Each trip will require a minimum of 25 participants to ensure that the experience is both engaging and enjoyable for everyone. This ensures that we can maintain an intimate, community-focused experience where members have the opportunity to meet and bond with fellow travelers.

To maintain a high level of personalized service and attention, our travel advisory team will limit the number of participants to a maximum of 100 members at a time, per group trip. Additionally, each travel advisor will manage up to 5 group trips 
simultaneously. This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources to each trip, ensuring quality planning and smooth execution.

By managing the number of participants and the trips assigned to each advisor, we aim to offer diverse and frequent travel 
experiences while maintaining a focus on the individual needs of each traveler. This system ensures that everyone receives the best possible experience, whether they are traveling in a group or seeking personalized trips.

How to Secure Your Spot:
To secure your spot on a group trip, there is an upfront non-refundable fee. This fee is an investment in the expert time and 
personalized attention of our travel advisory team, ensuring your vacation is expertly planned and tailored to perfection — making every moment of your trip unforgettable! This fee is calculated based on the amount of participants of the group trips experiences. 

The final payment will be required, per passenger, closer to the trip departure date.

For group trips, the final payment will be evenly distributed among all participants, ensuring a fair and transparent pricing 
structure. The total cost of the group trip will be calculated, and each participant’s share will be determined based on the final number of participants. This means that as the group size increases, the per-person cost may decrease, providing added value for everyone.

By evenly pricing the final payment, we ensure that all participants contribute equally to the trip's total cost, creating a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone involved. Your travel advisor will keep you informed throughout the process, so you know exactly what to expect for your final payment.

Travel Insurance Requirements for Group Trips

To ensure that your tailored group trip is fully protected, travel insurance is required for all travelers. This is a crucial step in 
safeguarding your investment and ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey. Travel insurance helps protect you from 
unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

Your travel advisor will personally contact you to discuss and ensure you have the right travel insurance coverage for your group 
vacation, protecting your investment and providing peace of mind for a worry-free experience.

Individual Travel

In addition to our exciting group trips, we also offer individual travel options for those seeking a personalized vacation experience.

How This Works:

First-Come, First-Serve:
Travelers have the opportunity to select their preferred travel advisor for individual vacation requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. This means that as soon as a traveler decides to plan their trip, they can fill out a Travel Inquiry Form to begin the process. 

On the Travel Inquiry Form, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred Travel Advisor. However, if the selected advisor is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts or other commitments, the trip will be passed along to another recommended travel 
advisor within the team.

The recommended travel advisor will be chosen by your preferred travel advisor based on availability, expertise, and the specific needs of the trip. This ensures that the traveler will continue to receive the same level of personalized service and attention, even if their preferred advisor is unable to take on the booking.

This system allows for flexibility, ensuring that every traveler is paired with a knowledgeable advisor who can assist them with their vacation plans, regardless of the original advisor’s availability. By keeping the process smooth and transparent, we ensure that each vacation request is handled efficiently and with the same level of care.

What are the costs?

When booking an individual trip, there are several types of fees that may apply to ensure a smooth and personalized experience:

Upfront Booking Fee:
There may be a non-refundable upfront booking fee of $25 to reserve your spot and begin the planning process with your chosen travel advisor. This fee covers the time and expertise of your chosen or recommended travel advisor, helping to customize your trip and secure all necessary accommodations and arrangements for a seamless experience.

Trip Costs:
In addition to the upfront booking fee, the total cost of your trip will include expenses for flights, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and any included meals (if applicable). These costs will be outlined in your personalized trip itinerary, giving you a clear understanding of what is included in the package and the final price. (All prices are controlled by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice)

Optional Add-Ons:
Depending on your preferences, there may be optional add-on fees for special excursions, upgraded accommodations, travel 
insurance, or other custom services. These options are available to enhance your travel experience and can be discussed with your advisor during the planning process.

Final Payment:
A final payment will be required before the trip, typically closer to the departure date. This payment will cover the remaining 
balance of the trip, including all included services and any optional add-ons you have selected.

Cancellation and Change Fees:
If you need to make changes to your trip or cancel it, a 5% professional fee will apply for changes, and a $75 cancellation fee will 
apply if you decide to cancel your booking. These fees are in place to cover the administrative costs involved in modifying or 
canceling your trip. Please note that all professional fees are non-refundable. Your travel advisor will guide you through these policies to ensure you understand the associated costs.

Travel Insurance:
While optional, travel insurance is highly recommended and may incur an additional fee. This will help protect your investment in case of unexpected events that affect your travel plans.

Your travel advisor will provide a detailed breakdown of all fees associated with your individual trip, ensuring there are no surprises and that you understand the full cost of your journey from start to finish.

Community Travel Inquiry Form

The Travel Inquiry Form is designed to help us understand your travel preferences and ensure that we can create the best possible experience for you. The form will collect the following key information:

Personal Information:

  • Full Legal Name: To confirm your identity and ensure we book your trip correctly.
  • Date of Birth: Required for age-related travel arrangements and to ensure we offer age-appropriate options and discounts.
  • Contact Info: Your phone number and email address for efficient communication and updates about your trips.
  • Mailing Address: Used for sending any physical documents or materials related to your travel and ensure we book your trip correctly, verifying your identity.

Group Travel Options:

  • Group Trip Themes: You can select from a list of specific group trip themes to indicate your interest in holding a spot for a particular trip. You will need to submit a new form for each trip you wish to join. You are only able to join one trip at a time.
  • Accessibility Needs and Details: To ensure we accommodate any special needs during the trip, you can provide details of any accessibility requirements.

Traveling Preferences:

  • We will gather your preferences for the following options, which are tailored to ensure efficient and affordable 
    accommodations for club members:
    • Airlines: Preferences for airlines or specific flight options.
    • Car Rental or Transfers: Details of preferred car rental or transportation services.
    • Hotels: Your preferences for hotel types, including amenities and location.
    • All-Inclusive Resorts: For all-inclusive group and individual trips, we will match you with the best options.
    • Cruise Lines: Your preferred cruise lines for an unforgettable voyage.
    • Types of Adventures: Information about your preferred activities and the types of adventures you're looking for, from cultural tours to outdoor excursions.

Individual Travel Inquiry:

  • Destination: Where you would like to go for your individual trip.
  • Departure/Arrival Dates: Your preferred travel dates, to help us match you with the best available options.
  • Budget: A price range of your budget to ensure we recommend trips that align with your financial preferences.

This form helps us provide personalized recommendations and ensure we can offer travel experiences that meet your specific needs. All information you provide is handled with care and will be used to plan the most suitable trips for you.
